These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Migralux LLC ("Migralux", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of our services

Migralux provides immigration guidance, document preparation and relocation support for individuals and families moving to the United States. We are not a law firm. Where a matter requires legal representation or formal legal advice, we will tell you and can coordinate with licensed attorneys.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by U.S. government authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, petition or application. We commit to preparing your materials carefully, accurately and on time.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Decisions made on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate information you provide are your responsibility. You are responsible for meeting deadlines we communicate to you.

4. Fees and payment

We share clear, fixed-scope pricing before any engagement begins. Fees are payable as set out in your service agreement. Government filing fees, where applicable, are separate and paid directly to the relevant authority.

5. Engagement and cancellation

Each engagement is confirmed in writing. You may cancel under the conditions stated in your service agreement. Where work has already been performed, fees for completed phases may apply.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and the Migralux name and logo, belongs to Migralux LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migralux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by government authorities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in San Francisco, California.
